Description

The coaching program consists of a total of 6 modules with 3-4 lessons per module. Each module covers specific aspects of intercultural competence and enables participants to gradually develop their skills and apply them in specific professional situations. The learning process is supported by practical exercises, reflection and tailore coaching.
